Cancellation should be communicated through the booking contact details with the customer's name, mobile number and journey information.
Early cancellation gives the booking team more opportunity to release the vehicle. Any refund or applicable deduction depends on the booking terms communicated at confirmation.
Cancellation close to pickup time or after vehicle/driver allocation may result in applicable charges because arrangements may already have been made.
If a passenger does not arrive at the agreed pickup point and cannot be reached, the booking may be treated as a no-show and applicable charges may apply.
Date, time, pickup, destination or vehicle changes can be requested before travel. Changes remain subject to availability and may affect the fare.
If unavoidable circumstances prevent the service from being provided, Ease My Taxi will communicate the situation and discuss an available alternative or applicable refund arrangement.
